i am currently sitting in a school in the middle of san francisco as part of a four-day entrepreneur training program. i am one of nine mba fellows here - suckers who "volunteered" a weekend for a chance to work with a group of entrepreneurs in improving their businesses. okay, it's not bad at all, but i am tired, internet-less (thank god for bb), and dressed in biz cas on a friday afternoon. wah.
about two hours ago, a professor from anderson arrived in order to teach the afternoon session. the thing with this prof is that for the last three quarters, i have signed up for his class and dropped it. the worst was last quarter where i went to his class for two sessions, got cold called, and the dropped it thereafter. anyhoo, despite my paranoia, i didn't think he would remember me so when he arrived, i said, "hi professor sussman, i am saujin" shaking his hand. and he responds, "saujin yi. you dropped my class like a bad habit!".
for the first time in a long time i had no comeback.
